GE Interlogix releases its Networ NX-8-CF integrated intrusion/fire system. Since it’s based on the proven NetworX platform, installation of the NX-8-CF is fast and easy. The system provides 48 zones of protection for fire and intrusion. In addition, the NX-8-CF supports an array of accessories and modules, including cellular backup and door access control. The NX-8-CF comes standard with eight hardwire zone inputs and four programmable outputs that can be set up to activate external devices during an alarm event. The system’s dedicated programmable notification appliance circuit outputs a temporal code and is individually silenceable. To meet the UL 864 requirement for commercial fire systems, the NX-8-CF also has an NX-870E module that provides dual phone line supervision.
