Roland Prejean allegedly wrote a series of threatening letters to numerous recipients including a private individual, a Connecticut probation officer and a Connecticut Superior Court Judge. In the letters, he threatened to kill various individuals including a postal carrier; a judge in Salt Lake City, Utah; several individuals from the Connecticut Valley Hospital; a judge; and a former roommate. Another letter postmarked September 4, 2010, which was sent to a Connecticut Superior Court Judge in New London, CT, included a substance that was represented to be "Liquid Anthrax."
