This vehicle barricade system is fully enclosed with a shallow foundation and covered front and sides. It met the criteria for an M50/K12 rating, meaning that a 15,000-pound truck impacting at 50 mph was stopped dead in its tracks with zero penetration and no foundation damage. The barricade is available with a programmable drive system, so it can be electronically powered and programmed to operate quickly at first and then slow down at the top of the stroke so it does not slam, reducing wear and noise.
