Viking Electronics' K-1900-3 dialer installs in the phone room of an apartment or office building, keeping it away from potential vandalism in the entry lobby. Using an ordinary telephone line and a lobby phone, the K-1900-3 is capable of storing and speed dialing up to 100 tenant phone numbers. Each number location can store up to 14 digits, allowing traveling tenants to take calls remotely. Visitors enter a one or two digit code from the lobby index. The door strike relay is programmable from 1/2-99 seconds and can be wired as either N.O. or N.C. The K-1900-3 also has a momentary dry contact input which activates the timed relay closure (door strike).
