One person was killed and three wounded Tuesday by a gunman at a food service equipment company in Fresno, Calif., police report.

According to an article from NBC News and wire services, the suspected gunman, a co-worker of the victims, was found outside the plant with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Two of the victims are in critical condition.

The suspect has been identified at Lawrence Jones, 42, and police say that he is in critical condition.

The shooting occurred at the Apple Valley Farms plant in the central part of the city. The company was established in 2005, according to online business records. Journalists’ calls to the company went to a voicemail recording that says “due to an emergency we are closed for the day.”
