From Arecont Vision, a 20 megapixel day/night panoramic camera provides a 180-degree field of view. The new SurroundVideo camera works where mechanical pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) devices might otherwise be used or where multiple cameras would be needed to view expansive coverage areas. The higher-resolution panoramic view of the 20 megapixel/180-degree H.264 camera can be used to replace up to 65 conventional cameras. The line also includes a new 360-degree 20 megapixel camera that will be shipping in the near future.
