American Dynamics, a division of Tyco Safety Products, introduces its Viewer, a solution that allows an existing camera to take in a 360-degree panorama and eliminate blind spots in high-traffic areas. Available in December, using proprietary technology, the Viewer can work with a system’s existing hardware and no PC is required. A user can choose several views: 360-degree global view or 180-degree view in the top third and the bottom 180-degree view in the bottom third portion. The user can pan, tilt and zoom different live shots.
