Maintenance of explosive detecting scanners and x-ray machines at the U.S. airport security checkpoints are not being managed properly, according to a new government report.
"The equipment is used at about 450 airports nationwide to detect everything from explosives, to guns and other weapons passengers or terrorists may try to get past security checkpoints," said CNN.
