Kirsten Provence
Executive Director, Security Programs and Governance, National Security Services,
Kaiser Permanente

As the Executive Director of Kaiser Permanente’s National Security Services, Kirsten Provence leads the team responsible for security programs including Prevention of Workplace Violence and Threat Management, Investigations, Loss Prevention and Security Awareness and Training. Provence joined Kaiser Permanente in 2022 after a more than 20-year career in the aerospace and defense industry. In addition to her organizational duties, she serves as the Vice Chair for OSAC’s Women in Security Common Interest Committee and is a member of Security magazine’s Editorial Advisory Board.
