Brands, Inc., and as a senior-level leader with BP. Garrett’s public-sector career spanned 14 years with the U.S. Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service (DSS), U.S Department of Homeland Security (DHS-HSI), and Wilton (CT) Police Department.
