Daniella Bove-LaMonica

Daniella Bove-LaMonica currently serves as Director of Crisis Management and Global Security for the Americas at MetLife. Recognized as a formally trained facilitator and an expert in emergency preparedness, she instructs domestic and international leadership teams across the company to respond to and recover from events that would adversely affect MetLife. Previously, Daniella worked at Bloomberg LP in New York serving in various security roles. Her responsibilities included security and crisis management across the 70+ offices in the Americas, standing up the company’s first formal Global Health and Safety Team, and running business continuity for the Global Data function. Before corporate life, she served on open-source intelligence teams supporting the U.S. Department of Defense and the CIA. Daniella holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Global Change at Pepperdine University.
