Ralph (RC) Miles, CPP, is a highly accomplished global security leader with decades of experience in corporate security, emergency management, and risk mitigation. He currently serves as the Global Director of Security for Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), a leading global manufacturer of powersports vehicles. BRP employs nearly 16,000 people worldwide and operates in 130 countries across all five continents. Before joining BRP, Miles was the founding Global Director of Safety and Security for the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), the world's largest provider of HIV/AIDS care. AHF operates in 48 countries and employs over 8,000 staff members, serving 2.2 million patients. During his tenure at AHF, Miles built a security department from the ground up, leading a team of seven regional security managers and more than 300 in-house and contract security officers. He designed and implemented comprehensive security strategies, crisis management plans, and protective measures for high-risk environments, including conflict zones such as Ethiopia, Myanmar, Ukraine, and Haiti. Throughout his career, RC has been recognized for his ability to align security operations with organizational goals. He has worked closely with executive leadership to safeguard people, assets, and the organization's reputation.
