Lenel Systems International announced today that Luis Orbegoso has been named vice president, general manager, Lenel. Orbegoso will be responsible for developing and executing policies and plans to drive Lenel’s further growth, including continuing domestic organic growth, accelerating international expansion, and improving customer service globally. Lenel, a leading developer of software and integrated systems for commercial and government markets, is part of UTC Fire & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX). Orbegoso joined UTC Fire & Security in September 2007 as vice president of product management. He previously spent 12 years at General Electric Company in positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of technology sales, marketing and general management.
