The United States has announced an additional $457.5 million in civilian security assistance to Ukraine to aid Ukrainian law enforcement agencies and criminal justice organizations. With the funding, the U.S. aims to assist operational continuity within law enforcement in Ukraine during the Russian invasion of the country.
According to a press statement by U.S. Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken, the United States has committed more than $645 million in assistance to Ukraine since December 2021.
