Saint John's University campus in Collegeville, Minnesota went into a lockdown on Thursday.

After a State Trooper pulled over a suspected drunk driver, the suspect allegedly assaulted the State Trooper before fleeing the scene, ending up around the University campus.

Saint John's University was on lockdown for almost 10 hours as law enforcement from more than a dozen agencies searched for the suspect, who was ultimately arrested late last night

University officials announced just after 6 p.m. that the lockdown ended after all campus buildings were cleared.
