San Diego Unified Port District will develop Homeland Security Strategic Plan with help
Amergent Techs Inc. (AT) has been awarded a contract to develop a 2020 Homeland Security Strategic Plan for the San Diego Unified Port District. The two-year contract has a total value of $101,500.
Under this contract, Amergent Techs will provide strategic planning services to the Port, reviewing and updating its strategic plan. Some of the pervasive and asymmetrical threats that the Port will aim to mitigate, include improvised explosive devices (IED), Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive devices (CBRNE), cyber threats, and Unmanned Air Systems (UAS).
