Facebook Announces Permanent Remote Work Option for Employees
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced that the company will allow permanent remote work for many of its existing employees.
According to The Verge, some of Facebook's offices would reopen July 6th, but at a 25 percent operating capacity, meaning only one-fourth of its standard workforce will ever be working in the same building at the same time. Those who will be at the offices will be required to wear face masks and undergo temperature checks to monitor for virus symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
