Constitutional Carry Law Challenge Rejected by Oklahoma District Judge
Oklahoma County District Judge Don Andrews rejected a request by pro-gun control advocates to toss a law eliminating requirements for most gun owners to undergo a background check or training before carrying a firearm in public.
According to a news report, Gov. Kevin Stitt (R) signed the "constitutional carry" law in February. It eliminated the requirement for a licence to carry a firearm, concealed or openly, for most adults that are 21 or older.
