Monster.com, a popular job recruitment site, has suffered a data breach.
According to many news reports, the cause of the breach was due to a third party. The server contained resumes and CVs for job applicants for three years (2014-2017). Many of the resumes included private information like phone numbers and home addresses, email addresses and prior work experience. Most affected users were located in the United States.
