The FBI and some U.S. Attorneys’ offices across the U.S. might be reading emails without a warrant, according to documents by the ACLU and made public Wednesday.
According to an article from NBC News, the FBI documents don’t outright say that agents always get warrants, but they strongly suggest that they don’t, an ACLU attorney says.
