Sony announces its new DFWS-77 digital imaging station, a complete digital image management solution that is designed to control multiple IEEE 1394 compliant and compatible images on PC or video monitors, store images on local media or a network, share images via e-mail, print images to a local printer, and allow remote access to images via the internet. The digital imaging station's three powered IEEE 1394 connectors can support up to three cameras, (like Sony's DFW and XCD series digital cameras) at once without a hub (or 16 cameras when using a powered hub).
