Zandar Technologies, Dublin, teamed up with security systems integrator, Guardian Security Services to upgrade the video system used to monitor a chemical facility in Ohio. Hoping to scrutinize the site for potential threats, the system was set up to monitor perimeters, parking lots, entry points and busy internal areas.

Guardian had recently designed and installed the facility’s surveillance systems. However, the images were often unclear due to the combination of analog surveillance video feeds monitored on large digital LCD displays. To resolve the problem, the company approached Zandar through representative Heartland Media Group to install a multi-source display processor.
