Condoleezza Rice, secretary of state and national security advisor to George W. Bush, and actor, author and pop culture icon Ben Stein will keynote ASIS 2009.
     
ASIS International will boast more than 175 educational sessions, along with an exhibit floor full of next-generation security technologies and services, and ample opportunities for professional networking. The event is Sept. 21-24 at the Anaheim (Calif.) Convention Center.
     
"In periods of economic downturn or crisis situations it is more important than ever for security professionals to have access to best-practice ideas and technology," says ASIS President Michael R. Cummings, CPP.   "I do not believe that there is a better single-source opportunity to have this access and commensurate networking than the annual ASIS Seminar and Exhibits.
